Mission call to Martin's Cove, Wyoming

Well, we are finally able to go on a mission and are so excited about it. We are to report to Martin's Cove on Dec. 1st, 2008. We will serve there for one year and possibly two. We have wanted to go for so long and the past two months have really been an experience. Bishop Davidson called us in his office and said that he really feels the Lord wants us on a mission. We said that we want to go but have to sell our house or farm to be able to go. He said that if we will committ to go that a way will be provided for us.
Three weeks later we had a young couple look and our house and the next day they came back with their realtor and loan officer and signed the papers. A few minutes after they left Elder and Sister Freeman came by and heard we had sold our house and were so excited because they had been made Directors at Martin's Cove and they needed a Physical Facilities person there and Glen would be perfect. So, within 48 hours we sold our house and received a mission call. It has been an awesome experience. We feel like the Lord has taken charge of our life and we are enjoying the ride.
